24-Hour Notice


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice.


If you booked online you can access your DIKIDI reservation and cancel it directly from there.

Online Deposit Refund


To incentivize responsible planning, if you provide us with the required 24-hour notice, we'll be more than happy to refund your deposit promptly.


We believe in fairness and want to ensure that your commitment to our salon is rewarded.



No-Show Policy


In the event of a no-show, where you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, we regretfully inform you that the deposit will be non-refundable.




We kindly ask for your understanding as this policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot and helps us maintain our schedule effectively.
